Long time no see ... Over the past year the book club was turned into a casual dining review club, where the goal was to make a tier list of popular casual dining restaurants. The club has been pretty successful , we just ended our first season after reviewing 6 restaurants. Now we are taking a break and potentially looking at other new club ideas. A lot of people speculated that I was looking for a scapegoat to blame for ending the dining club , but that was simply not the case, a season 2 is still in the cards and has not been ruled out.

Currently I have been getting into tennis and have an undefeated record with my doubles partner Christina. Our most notable win happened last week where we defeated Will and Garrett. The first set was rather competitive with us winning 6-3, however after we locked in and loosened up , we took the next set 6-0. This victory sent shockwaves across the industry, spurring a new wave of potential challengers including Will who suggested that he would have performed better solo without his doubles partner ( we find this hard to believe ). Stay tuned for more updates regarding RCN (Roger's Club Network) !

Nov 10 2024 : Book Club News!

We concluded The Invisible man last week, the book was generally not received well. Most readers gave 2/5 stars. The next book was decided on the spot by Liz, who opted for a quick and decisive process rather than a long and drawn out one. The next book was decided to be Piranesi by Susanna Clarke.
